The Maison d'Elite is located in Seregno within the Buttafava village close to the seventeenth-century villa that belonged to the homonymous nobles. All solutions have an almost zero impact on the environment and comply with the environmental sustainability requirements of the European regulations scheduled for 2020.
M aison d’Elite has been described in the Maisonbook volume and is an example of sustainable construction with advanced systems for energy saving.
Guests can interact with each other and with the inhabitants present outside the structure to understand and experience the approach to the co-housing philosophy with the possibility of organizing convivial barbecues.
The area is very safe and public transport is close by and can also be reached on foot. Convenient station with ample parking in the immediate vicinity. For breakfast there is a bar in via Macallè; for catering there is the Eurotaverna in Desio where you can taste any type of delicacy.
