The Maison d’Elite management warns the guests with the following information material to recall the correct individual hygiene behaviors and compliance with the rules of coexistence with which the structure is equipped.

The Prime Ministerial Decree of March 8, 2020 recommends, among others, the application of the following sanitation measures:

  • wash your hands often using hydroalcoholic solutions;
  • avoid close contact with people suffering from acute respiratory infections;
  • avoid hugs and handshakes;
  • maintain, in social contacts, an interpersonal distance of at least one meter;
  • respiratory hygiene (sneezing and / or coughing in a handkerchief avoiding hand contact with respiratory secretions);
  • avoid the promiscuous use of bottles and glasses;
  • do not touch your eyes, nose and mouth with your hands;
  • cover your mouth and nose if you sneeze or cough;
  • do not take antiviral drugs or antibiotics unless prescribed by a doctor.

In general, access to the structure, transit and exit must take place in ways that reduce the opportunities for contact between people.
Access to the common areas must take place with the maintenance of the safety distance of 1 meter between the people who occupy them with the provision of a reduced parking time within these spaces.

The Management of the Accommodation facility informs that each guest has the obligation to promptly and responsibly inform the same of the presence of any flu symptoms or any positivity to the nose-pharyngeal swab for coronavirus research during the period of stay in order to activate MMG / 112 / Medical Guard for appropriate investigations. In case of subsequent need for isolation, the Lombardy Region will immediately transfer the interested guests to a suitable structure.

Indoor areas MUST be cleaned daily. The presence of air conditioning systems must provide for correct and constant maintenance. In the event that the type of guests includes the professional categories most exposed to SARS-CoV-2, such as health / socio-health workers, the cleaning of the internal environments must be done with detergent and subsequently disinfected products (with 0.5% amuchin or alcohol and / or equivalent products).
During cleaning operations, ensure ventilation of the rooms, where possible, alternately through mechanical ventilation systems. All cleaning operations must be carried out by personnel wearing PPE (surgical mask; gloves; closed shoe); personnel must wear a uniform or gown to cover personal clothing, uniforms or gowns will be sanitized at dedicated external structures. After use, disposable PPE must be collected in closed plastic bags, temporarily stored in closed containers, then disposed of in compliance with the methods envisaged for household waste.
All frequently touched surfaces must be cleaned with particular care, such as walls, doors and windows surfaces, toilet and sanitary surfaces. Bed linen and towels must be washed with hot water at 60-90 ° C with common detergents. The linen must be handled with gloves. The curtains and other fabric materials will be sanitized at the end of the stay. The structure does not have the obligation to provide the accommodation with the personal laundry washing service, however it can offer it according to its availability or by using external laundry services.

The common areas must not provide for the accommodation of the accommodation, except for contingent needs. The meals must be consumed in the rooms or in a special room which must be managed according to the law. Meals must be prepared in single-serving portions. The plates, glasses, cutlery and napkins used by guests must be disposable. In the event that it is not possible to equip the separation reception (screen / glass) for the interface with the user, keep the interpersonal distance of at least 1 meter. Minimize reception staff.

Each guest MUST be accommodated in a single room. If possible, disadvantage the use of elevators; in case of impossibility, access to the lift must take place one person at a time. Common toilets must not be used, staff must have access to dedicated toilets only. Guests must only use the toilets attached to their room. It is forbidden for everyone to move inside the hotel without wearing a mask.
The Structure also ensures, as far as possible, the limitation of access to the same by subjects other than guests, employees, cleaning and maintenance companies, suppliers.

The staff must use the surgical mask continuously (as defined by the circular of the Ministry of Health of 17 March 2020) throughout the working hours and in case of close contact with a certain case or a fever (over 37.5 ° C) o other flu symptoms must be suspended from work and the person must put himself in isolation.
Access to the structure of persons other than guests or cleaning and maintenance companies and employees should be reduced as far as possible.
Suppliers MUST use continuously, throughout their stay in the facility and iteration with the staff, surgical mask and disposable gloves. The office remains available. Friendliness.
