Eco-sustainable residence in the province of Monza Brianza

The Maison d’Elite is located in Seregno within the Buttafava village close to the seventeenth-century villa that belonged to the homonymous nobles.
All rooms have an almost zero impact on the environment and comply with the environmental sustainability requirements of the European regulations scheduled for 2020. Located less than 5 minutes' drive from Seregno train station and 1.5 km from the SS36 Milano-Lecco exit.

The suites have a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The rooms are equipped with minibar, flat screen TV and bathroom with shower. All rooms have garden or courtyard views.

Maison d’elite has been described in the Maisonbook volume (available digitally on AMAZON) and is an example of sustainable construction with cutting-edge systems for energy saving. The guests, if they like, can interact with each other and with the inhabitants present outside the structure to understand and experience the approach to the co-housing philosophy with the possibility of organizing convivial barbecues.

The architect Luigi Mario Filocca is the creator of the residential complex and whoever has an interest can be told the experience lived in the field that led the author to the drafting of the volume MAISONBOOK.

The area is very safe and public transport is close by and can also be reached on foot. Convenient station with ample parking in the immediate vicinity. For breakfast at 500 meters there is a bar in via Maccallè and for catering at the same distance there is the Eurotaverna in Desio where you can taste the typical menu of Italian cuisine. Possibility of indoor or outdoor parking in a reserved area on easily accessible via dei Pini.
